The clinic reviews your request and confirms a time, or suggests another one if yours is taken.

Your day in Seoul
The clinic can send you a preparation email with the address and how to get ready. Our team stays in touch until the day.
Step 5
Results and after
The clinic explains your results and next steps, and we help with any questions afterwards.

Your Salpim account shows the status of every request, and you are notified whenever it changes.

If the clinic cannot take your request, it lets you know and you can choose another offer. You can cancel a request yourself from your account.

Pending
The clinic is reviewing your request. It checks the dates you asked for, and suggests another time if yours is not available.
Confirmed
Your date and time are set. You see them in your account, along with how to prepare.
Completed
Your visit is done. Your request stays in your account for your records.

About booking

Do I pay anything to send a request?

No. Sending a request is free and there is no online payment on Salpim. The price of each offer is shown up front.

How long does the clinic take to reply?

It depends on the clinic and how busy it is. You see the status in your account and are notified when it changes. If you are short on time, tell our team.

Can I change my appointment after it is confirmed?

A confirmed time cannot be moved in Salpim. If you need a different time, cancel the request in your account and send a new one, or ask our team for help.

What do I need to send a request?

Your name in English as it is in your passport, and your nationality, so the clinic can match your request. You can add your passport number, and ask for an interpreter or for airport or hotel pickup.
