Salpim is operated by 주식회사 플로우기획 (Flow Planning Co., Ltd.), 4F, 118 Seocho-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, registered with the Seoul Metropolitan Government as a facilitator for international patients (no. A-2026-01-01-06659). Salpim is a platform that lists clinics in Korea and their offers, and sends your appointment requests to them. Salpim is not a hospital or clinic and does not provide medical care.
Sending a request does not book an appointment. The clinic reviews your request and either confirms a time, suggests another one, or lets you know it cannot take it. You can cancel a request from your account. A confirmed time cannot be changed in Salpim; to change it, cancel and send a new request.
Each clinic sets its own prices and offers. Prices shown on Salpim may exclude VAT, which is marked on each offer. Options you choose at the clinic can change the final price, which the clinic confirms. There is no online payment on Salpim: you pay the clinic directly for your care.
All medical care is provided by the clinics, and every medical decision is made by their doctors. Information on Salpim is general and is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor about your own situation. Salpim is not for emergencies: in Korea, call 119.
We work to keep the information on Salpim accurate and up to date, but clinics provide their own offers and details, and these can change.
To the extent the law allows, Salpim is not responsible for the medical services provided by clinics, or for losses caused by information that clinics provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
The Salpim name, logo and the content of this site belong to 주식회사 플로우기획 or its licensors. Do not copy them without permission.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the competent courts in Seoul.
